Geographic Reach definition

Geographic Reach means the geographic area in which the Executive provided services or had a material presence or influence within the last two (2) years of the Executive’s employment by the Company.
Geographic Reach. The “Geographic Reach” is defined as the geographic area in which the Employee provided services or had a material presence or influence within the last two (2) years of his or her employment by the Company.

  • Competing Service means implementation, consulting, support, maintenance, development and/or training services relating to or in connection with the use of any Company Products or Competing Products.

  • Restrictive Covenant has the meaning set forth in Section 6(c).
