German Collateral Agreements definition

German Collateral Agreements means any share, receivables, inventory or account pledge or security assignment agreement governed by German law or any similar security interest, between each Foreign Note Party from time to time party thereto and the Notes Collateral Agent.
German Collateral Agreements means the collateral agreements governed by German law set forth on Appendix C hereof.
German Collateral Agreements means the Collateral Agreements governed by German law set forth on Schedule 4.02 hereof.

German Collateral Agreements has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(a)(iii).
German Collateral Agreements means the agreements set forth on Schedule 1.01(G) under the heading “German Collateral Agreements”, which agreements shall be granted in accordance with the Agreed Guaranty and Security Principles, in each case as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
German Collateral Agreements means each of the following agreements: the German Global Assignment Agreement, German Security Transfer Agreement, and the German Bank Account Pledge Agreement and any other pledge agreement, assignment agreement, security transfer agreement or other agreement entered into pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents that is governed by the laws of Germany, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • U.S. Collateral Agreement means the U.S. Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, in the form of Exhibit E, among Holdings, Intermediate Holdings, the U.S. Borrower, each Domestic Subsidiary Loan Party and the Collateral Agent.
