GLO Implementation Manual definition

GLO Implementation Manual means the manual created by the GLO for Subrecipients of CDBG-XX xxxxx allocations to provide guidance and training on the policies and procedures required to effectively implement CDBG-DR programs and timely spend grant funds.
GLO Implementation Manual means the manual created by the GLO for subrecipients of CDBG-MIT grant allocations to provide guidance and training on the policies and procedures required so that subrecipients can effectively implement CDBG-MIT programs and timely spend grant funds.
