Global Settlement Amount definition

Global Settlement Amount means $2,372,972,184.12 and consists of the Global Settlement Abatement Amount, the Global Settlement Attorney Fee Amount, and the Additional Restitution Amount.

Global Settlement Amount. The Global Settlement Amount is $21 billion, which shall be divided into the Global Settlement Abatement Amount, the Additional Restitution Amount, and the Global Settlement Attorney Fee Amount.

More Definitions of Global Settlement Amount

Global Settlement Amount means the sum of (a) the Maximum Remediation Payment, (b) the Additional Remediation Amount, and (c) any attorneys’ fees and costs set forth in Exhibit R, Exhibit S and Exhibit T.

Global Settlement Amount means $851,547.

Global Settlement Amount as used herein shall mean Fifty-Six Million Dollars ($56,000,000), which if appropriated by the Legislature, will be made available by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts pursuant to this Settlement, which together with the additional amounts contemplated by Paragraph 9.2.2 and 10.1 below represents the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ maximum liability under this Agreement or otherwise pursuant to this Settlement.

Global Settlement Amount means ninety-seven million dollars ($97,000,000.00).

Global Settlement Amount means $290,000,000 (two-hundred-and-ninety million United States Dollars) in cash to be paid by wire transfer to the Qualified Settlement Fund pursuant to ¶ 2.2 of this Stipulation.

Global Settlement Amount means the maximum total settlement payment under the Settlement Agreement, including all attorneys’ fees and costs, and any other payments provided by the Settlement Agreement, except for any taxes or other payments required by Defendants in their capacity as an employer.
