Golf Courses definition

Golf Courses means the areas used or intended to be used as playing surfaces in the game of golf, including tees, fairways, greens and rough; (“terrains de golf”)

Golf Courses. As defined in Section 2.1(a).

Golf Courses means the golf courses currently owned by Borrower or its Subsidiaries and commonly known as “LPGA International”.

• The golf shop shall be open every day that the Golf Courses are available for play.

• Troon acknowledges that it is acquiring no rights whatsoever in the Golf Resort, or any portion thereof (including the Golf Courses and any trade names, trademarks, logos, emblems, and similar identifying materials of either the City or the Golf Resort) or the Equipment and Supplies, except a nonexclusive and revocable license, during the Term, to enter upon the Golf Resort and use the Equipment and Supplies if, and to the extent reasonably necessary, to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.

• Troon shall also employ merchandise sales personnel to work in the golf shop each day that the Golf Courses are open for play.

• The driving range shall be open every day that the Golf Courses are available for play.

• The handicap service shall not include any privileges to use the Golf Courses as part of its benefits other than the privileges otherwise available to the public.

More Definitions of Golf Courses

Golf Courses means the golf course commonly known as the AT&T Oaks Golf Course and the golf course commonly known as the AT&T Canyons Golf Course.

Golf Courses means that certain golf course development described in the Business Plan as "Golf Courses."

Golf Courses means the eighteen hole golf courses, located in the Del Monte Forest, and described on attached Exhibit ”C.”
