Goliath Gathering Fee has the meaning given such term in Exhibit G-1.
Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Cogeneration unit means a unit that is able to operate in cogeneration mode;
Gathering lines means any pipeline, equipment, facility, or building used in the transportation of oil or gas during oil or gas production or gathering operations.
Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:
Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.
Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.
Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.
Gathering means any assembly, concourse or procession in or on—
Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.
Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.
Tipping Fee means a fee or support price determined by the local authorities or any state agency authorised by the State government to be paid to the concessionaire or operator of waste processing facility or for disposal of residual solid waste at the landfill ;
Generation Unit means a facility that converts a fuel or an energy resource into electrical energy.
Spent fuel means any fuel element or fuel component, solid or liquid, which has been used or exposed to radiation in a nuclear reactor;
Investment Management Fee means each of the Senior Investment Management Fee, the Subordinated Investment Management Fee and the Incentive Investment Management Fee.
Incentive Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(e) hereof.
Omnibus Share means, in respect of a Fund, a Commission Share or Free Share sold by one of the selling agents maintaining shares in an omnibus account (“Omnibus Selling Agents”). If, subsequent to the Successor Distributor becoming exclusive distributor of the Class C shares, the Distributor reasonably determines that the transfer agent is able to track all Commission Shares and Free Shares sold by any of the Omnibus Selling Agents in the same manner as Non-Omnibus Commission Shares and Free Shares (defined below) are currently tracked, then Omnibus Shares of such Omnibus Selling Agent shall be treated as Commission Shares and Free Shares.
Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;
Management Fees means, with respect to each Project for any period, an amount equal to the greater of (i) actual management fees payable with respect thereto and (ii) three percent (3%) per annum on the aggregate base rent and percentage rent due and payable under leases at such Project.
Fossil fuel means natural gas, petroleum, coal, or any form of solid, liquid, or gaseous fuel derived from such material.
