Governmental Approval Period definition

Governmental Approval Period has the meaning given in Section 6.1.A.

Governmental Approval Period means the period commencing upon the termination of the Due Diligence period and continuing for one hundred eighty (180) calendar days, unless extended as provided for in Section 2.4.
