Governmental Authority or Authorities definition

Governmental Authority or Authorities means any nation or government, any state or other political subdivision thereof and any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government.
Governmental Authority or Authorities means the United States of America, the State, County and City of New York, and any agency, department, commission, board, bureau, instrumentality or political subdivision of any of the foregoing, now existing or hereafter created, having jurisdiction over the Property or any portion thereof or any street, road, avenue or sidewalk comprising a part of, or in front of, the Property, or any vault in or under the Property.
