Governmental Authority or Authorities definition

Governmental Authority or Authorities means any nation or government, any state or other political subdivision thereof and any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government.

Governmental Authority or Authorities means the United States of America, the State, County and City of New York, and any agency, department, commission, board, bureau, instrumentality or political subdivision of any of the foregoing, now existing or hereafter created, having jurisdiction over the Property or any portion thereof or any street, road, avenue or sidewalk comprising a part of, or in front of, the Property, or any vault in or under the Property.

Governmental Authority or Authorities means the United States of America, the State of Florida, the City (acting in its governmental, not proprietary, capacity), Miami-Dade County, and any agency, department, commission, board, bureau, instrumentality or political subdivision (including any county or district) of any of the foregoing, now existing or hereafter created, having jurisdiction over Tenant, or any owner, tenant or other occupant of, or over or under the Premises or any portion thereof or any street, road, avenue or sidewalk comprising a part of, or in front of, the Premises, or any vault in or under the Premises, or airspace over the Premises.

• In any notice to, and request for permission to disclose compliance information from, FERC or another Applicable Governmental Authority pursuant to any provision of this Compliance Program, NERC will identify each Applicable Governmental Authority to which it proposes to disclose the information and the specific procedures that will be used for protecting from public disclosure any non-public compliance information that will be transferred to the other Applicable Governmental Authority or Authorities.
