Governmental Program definition

Governmental Program means any program or directive established by Applicable Law which directly or indirectly affects the rights or obligations of the Parties under this Agreement and which obligates or authorizes DWR to make payments or give credits to customers or other third parties under such programs or directives.
Governmental Program means the operation of the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility for the purpose specified and identified in Recital C of this Agreement as the Governmental Program.
Governmental Program means any health care reimbursement or other health care programs of a Governmental Authority in which the Business participates, including “Federal health care programs” as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(f), Medicare and Medicaid programs under Titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act, Medicaid Waiver Program, and the TRICARE Program.

Governmental Program means (i) any plan program which, whether directly, through insurance, or otherwise is funded, in whole or in part, by the United States Government, (ii) any plan or program funded by any state, country or local governmental authority, or (iii) any other applicable third party payers which are a Government Body and which provide payment or reimbursement for any services provided as part of the Business.
Governmental Program means any health care reimbursement program funded, in whole or in part, by a Governmental Entity of the United States or any State, under which any Group Company has received or is receiving reimbursement for the provision of medical services, including any Federal Health Care Program and such other similar federal, state or local reimbursement or governmental programs for which a Group Company is eligible and in which such Group Company participates.
Governmental Program means any Federal, state or local governmental reimbursement programs administered through a Governmental Authority or contractor thereof (including a Governmental Program Payor), including without limitation the Medicaid program or any successor program.
Governmental Program means the operation, management, maintenance and use of the Premises as a dental care facility.
Governmental Program means a plan, program or other arrangement to which the Company or its Subsidiaries is required to contribute by applicable Law; for clarity and not by way of limitation, payments by the Company pursuant to The Federal Insurance Contributions Act are payments to a Governmental Program. As of the date of this Agreement no Company Plan which is subject to ERISA is a “multiemployer plan,” as defined in Section 3(37) or 4001(a)(3) of ERISA (a “Multiemployer Plan”), or is or has been subject to Sections 4063 or 4064 of ERISA.
Governmental Program has the meaning specified in Section 2.5(d)(i).
Governmental Program means any “Governmental Program” as defined in 42 U.S.C. §1320a-7b(f), including Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPVA, TRICARE, the United States Department of Veteran Affairs, and all other health care reimbursement programs funded or regulated by any Governmental Body.
