Grade 1A definition

Grade 1A means diluent which is moved through the pipeline as a segregated batch. “Grade 1B” means diluent which is moved through the pipeline as a fungible batch.
Grade 1A. Indicative non-exhaustive tasks include: a) Ability to competently operate all mobile plant and vehicles operating at the Post Collections sites; b) Passed the necessary Cleanaway Assessments; c) Responsible for daily maintenance checks on a vehicle in their control including but not limited to refuelling engine, oil, battery and radiator water levels, changing tyres, etc. and for assisting in the repair of the vehicle; d) Responsible for reporting any vehicle defects and/or damage as per daily check sheets to the Landfill Supervisor; e) Responsible for the cleanliness and safe operation of vehicles; f) Ability to perform the duties, where required, within Grades 2, 3 and 4; g) May be required to perform other tasks at the Erskine Park site where necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the site for which the Employee has the necessary skills. Grade 1B Indicative non-exhaustive tasks include: a) Shall be an Employee in training to achieve skills levels required within the classification of Grade 1A. If the Employee does not possess the skill levels to drive all the mobile plant on site they must be willing to train up to an acceptable level of competency within an agreed period of six [6] months. The Employee if required shall be willing to perform any of the covered by Grade 2, 3 and 4 and may be deployed at Erskine Park other tasks necessary for the efficient operation of the site for which the Employee has the necessary skills. Grade 1C Indicative non-exhaustive tasks include: a) Ability to perform site/plant maintenance as required; b) Holds Mechanical Trade certificate; and c) Ability to perform the duties, where required, within Grades 2, 3 and 4. Grade 2 Indicative non-exhaustive tasks include: a) Ability to perform the duties associated with the running of a computerised weighbridge and associated administrative or accounting functions as required; b) Ability to handle, control and be responsible for cash receipts; c) Ability to carry out multi-functional duties where required by the Company including, where necessary, the duties of Grade 3, Grade 4, and operation of the water truck and fuel truck; d) Employees may be deployed at Erskine Park for other tasks necessary for the efficient operation of the site for which the Employee has the necessary skills; e) Responsible for daily maintenance checks on vehicles in their control including but not limited to replenishing all fluid levels, changing tyres, and assisting in the repair of the vehicl...

  • Below Investment Grade Rating Event means the rating on the Notes is lowered in respect of a Change of Control and the Notes are rated below Investment Grade by both Rating Agencies on any date from the date of the public notice of an arrangement that could result in a Change of Control until the end of the 60-day period following public notice of the occurrence of a Change of Control (which period shall be extended until the ratings are announced if during such 60 day period the rating of the Notes is under publicly announced consideration for possible downgrade by either of the Rating Agencies); provided that a Below Investment Grade Rating Event otherwise arising by virtue of a particular reduction in rating shall not be deemed to have occurred in respect of a particular Change of Control (and thus shall not be deemed a Below Investment Grade Rating Event for purposes of the definition of Change of Control Repurchase Event hereunder) if the Rating Agencies making the reduction in rating to which this definition would otherwise apply do not announce or publicly confirm or inform the Company in writing at its request that the reduction was the result, in whole or in part, of any event or circumstance comprised of or arising as a result of, or in respect of, the applicable Change of Control (whether or not the applicable Change of Control shall have occurred at the time of the Below Investment Grade Rating Event).

  • Investment Grade Certificate As of any date of determination, a Certificate that is rated in one of the four highest generic rating categories by at least one Rating Agency that is defined as a “Rating Agency” under Section III of the Exemption.

  • Investment Grade Status shall occur when the Notes receive two of the following:

  • Gross vehicle weight rating means the weight specified by the manufacturer as the loaded weight of a single vehicle.

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • Investment Grade Rating Event means the first day on which the Notes have an Investment Grade Rating from each Rating Agency, and no Default has occurred and is then continuing under this Indenture.

  • Passing grade means work of such character that credit would be entered on the records were the semester to close at that time.

  • Moody’s Exposure Period means the period commencing on a given Valuation Date and ending 49 days thereafter.

  • Class A-3 Component The Component having such designation.

  • RDDS test Means one query sent to a particular “IP address” of one of the servers of one of the RDDS services. Queries shall be about existing objects in the Registry System and the responses must contain the corresponding information otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • M3 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 85.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.
