Daily Maintenance. Tenant agrees to be responsible for and participate fully in the cleaning, trash removal and overall general daily maintenance of the Rental Property during Tenant’s tenancy.
Daily Maintenance. Resident agrees to be responsible for and participate fully in the cleaning, trash removal and overall general daily maintenance of the Residential Unit. When Resident is in breach of this Section 33, Housing Services may perform cleaning, restoration, hauling, storage or disposal services. In this case, a service charge will be assessed and billed to Resident for any incurred labor, storage, or disposal costs.

In this case, a fee will be assessed and billed to Tenant for any incurred labor, storage, or disposal costs.
Daily Maintenance. The Contractor shall:
1. Sweep floor, clean all loose dirt, dust, and debris. Remove mats.
2. Dust entire floor using an untreated dust mop. Remove all gum and stickers.
3. Using a clean mop, damp mop entire floor with EnviroStar Green All Purpose Cleaner #330 or its equivalent. Rinse mop and change mop water when dirty.
4. Dry buff floor with high-speed burnisher and Pioneer Blue Blend pad or its equivalent. Replace mats.
5. Sweep floor to remove dust from burnisher.
Daily Maintenance. You agree that unless the Hire Schedule states that Titan is responsible for daily inspection and servicing, You must complete at Your cost proper daily inspections and maintenance of the Equipment, as recommended by the manufacturer, including completing the following on a daily basis:
a. applying grease to all parts of the Equipment that take grease;
b. general tightening of any loose nuts, bolts, belts or fittings;
c. visually inspecting the Equipment for damage or wear; and
d. checking and, if necessary, adding or replacing fuels, lubricants, fluids, water filters and air filters.
Daily Maintenance. At the beginning of each day tour Participants are expected to check the oil level which is a sight glass, tires, chain and overall condition of the bike. The motorcycles are brand new and the electronic packages are equipped with TPS (tire pressure monitoring system).
Daily Maintenance. When not actively using the Boat Launch Use Area for loading/unloading purposes, User shall keep the boat launch free and clear of any sediment, debris, materials or hazards of any kind that are attributable to its activities, and shall restore the Boat Launch Use Area to a usable condition each day.
Daily Maintenance. Landlord, through its Property Manager, shall assume the responsibility for minor daily maintenance and repair responsibilities including such items as changing light bulbs including parking lot lights, changing lock sets, making minor repairs to walls or ceilings not requiring specialized equipment, supervising the work of contract vendors in the performance of their agreements, and coordination with public officials and/or inspectors on matter related to the Property.
Daily Maintenance. Front Office Area: (Conference Room, Copy Room, North Corridor, and Entry Area)
a. Empty and clean all trash containers and dispose of all trash and rubbish. Reline trash containers if soiled.
b. Vacuum carpets/door mats removing all staples, paper clips, and any other debris. Move and replace chairs as necessary to reach all areas.
c. Sweep and then mop all hard surface floors with a disinfectant or germicidal solution. Floors shall be maintained in a clean state, free of buildup, dirt and black markings.
d. Remove spots and/or spills from carpets, floors, hall ways to remove gum, oil, and any other miscellaneous spots.
e. Remove finger marks and smudges from all entrance doors and counters. Wipe any residual cleaner and/or water from sills, walls, and frames.
f. Spot clean shoe marks, finger prints, pen/pencil marks from front panels of furniture, work surfaces, walls, switch plates, partitions, doors, door frames, and light fixtures.
g. Wash front doors, counters, door handles, knobs, etc., removing finger prints, smudges, etc. Wipe any residual cleaner and/or water from sills, walls, and frames.
i. Clean, polish and sanitize drinking fountain to eliminate stains and mineral deposits.
j. Sweep front sidewalk entry area.
