Daily Maintenance. Tenant agrees to be responsible for and participate fully in the cleaning, trash removal and overall general daily maintenance of the Rental Property during Tenant’s tenancy.
Daily Maintenance. When not actively using the Boat Launch Use Area for loading/unloading purposes, User shall keep the boat launch free and clear of any sediment, debris, materials or hazards of any kind that are attributable to its activities, and shall restore the Boat Launch Use Area to a usable condition each day.

Move and replace chairs.  Spot clean carpeting to remove gum, oil, and any other miscellaneous spots.  Clean glass entry doors and sidelights to be free of dirt and fingerprints.  Clean, disinfect and polish drinking fountains.  Sweep outside entry area to remove leaves, dirt and debris.  Properly dispose of waste water.  Shut off manual room light switches at the end of work shift.  Leave doors as found (open/closed) at the end of work shift.  Vacuum all carpeted areas and entry mats. Move and replace chairs.  Spot clean carpeting to remove gum, oil, and any other miscellaneous spots.  Clean and disinfect Café/Lounge, including, sink, counters, tables, coffee maker, and microwaves.  Clean and polish tables, organize chairs properly.  Clean, disinfect, and restock the restrooms.  Wet mop and disinfect lobby and all tile floors.  Dust and polish all wood surfaces.  Clean glass entry doors and sidelights to be free of dirt and fingerprints.  Vacuum and/or sweep outside entry area and mats.  Empty all trash receptacles and return them to original places. If liners are soiled, change them.  Clean and disinfect countertops, sinks, bathroom privacy walls, restroom fixtures, and restock all paper supplies and hand soap.  Wet mop and disinfect all tile floors ensuring all areas around base of toilets and urinals, in corners, along mop boards, under sinks, trash cans, and around partition legs, and vanity are thoroughly cleaned. Wipe down all mop boards to eliminate water/wax splashes.  Wipe entry doors to restrooms.

Daily Maintenance. Landlord, through its Property Manager, shall assume the responsibility for minor daily maintenance and repair responsibilities including such items as changing light bulbs including parking lot lights, changing lock sets, making minor repairs to walls or ceilings not requiring specialized equipment, supervising the work of contract vendors in the performance of their agreements, and coordination with public officials and/or inspectors on matter related to the Property.
Daily Maintenance. Airport Commission staff will oversee the daily maintenance of the Airport Art Collection and will follow through with the maintenance as provided in Sections V.A.1 and 2 above. Any larger problem with the Artwork will be brought to the Arts Commission’s attention as soon as it is identified, in order to be addressed as provided in Section V.A.4 above.

Remove spots and/or spills from carpets, floors, hall ways to remove gum, oil, and any other miscellaneous spots. e. Remove finger marks and smudges from all entrance doors and counters. Wipe any residual cleaner and/or water from sills, walls, and frames. f. Spot clean shoe marks, finger prints, pen/pencil marks from front panels of furniture, work surfaces, walls, switch plates, partitions, doors, door frames, and light fixtures. g. Wash front doors, counters, door handles, knobs, etc., removing finger prints, smudges, etc. Wipe any residual cleaner and/or water from sills, walls, and frames. i. Clean, polish and sanitize drinking fountain to eliminate stains and mineral deposits. j. Sweep front sidewalk entry area.
Daily Maintenance. At the beginning of each day tour Participants are expected to check the oil level which is a sight glass, tires, chain and overall condition of the bike. The motorcycles are brand new and the electronic packages are equipped with TPS (tire pressure monitoring system).
