DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.
Eligible group means two or more persons who are engaged in a
Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.
Restricted Group Collectively, the following persons and entities: the Trustee; the Underwriters; the Depositor; the Master Servicer; the Special Servicer; any Sub-Servicers; the Sponsors; each Mortgagor, if any, with respect to Mortgage Loans constituting more than 5% of the total unamortized principal balance of all the Mortgage Loans in the Trust Fund as of the Closing Date; and any and all Affiliates of any of the aforementioned Persons.
Related Indemnitee Group has the meaning specified in Section 4.02(b) of the Participation Agreement.
SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.
the Group means the Company and its subsidiary undertakings (if any); and
FTR Participant means any Market Participant that provides or is required to provide Collateral in order to participate in PJM’s FTR auctions.
Administrative employee means an employee who normally supervises persons engaged in office administration, construction, security or maintenance work who are represented by another trade union. This definition includes employees who share a community of interest with “supervisors”.
SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.
Highly Compensated Former Employee means a former Employee who had a separation year prior to the "determination year" and was a Highly Compensated Employee in the year of separation from service or in any "determination year" after attaining age 55. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Employee who separated from service prior to 1987 will be treated as a Highly Compensated Former Employee only if during the separation year (or year preceding the separation year) or any year after the Employee attains age 55 (or the last year ending before the Employee's 55th birthday), the Employee either received "415 Compensation" in excess of $50,000 or was a "five percent owner." For purposes of this Section, "determination year," "415 Compensation" and "five percent owner" shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.26. Highly Compensated Former Employees shall be treated as Highly Compensated Employees. The method set forth in this Section for determining who is a "Highly Compensated Former Employee" shall be applied on a uniform and consistent basis for all purposes for which the Code Section 414(q) definition is applicable.
Minority Group means any of the following racial or ethnic groups:
Sponsor Group means the Sponsors and the Sponsor Related Parties.
First Tier Participant refers to the participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a grantee or subgrantee of Federal funds (such as the prime or general contractor). “Lower Tier Participant” refers any participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a First Tier Participant or other Lower Tier Participants (such as subcontractors and suppliers).
Indemnitee-Related Entities means any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise (other than the Company or any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise Indemnitee has agreed, on behalf of the Company or at the Company’s request, to serve as a director, officer, employee or agent and which service is covered by the indemnity described in this Agreement) from whom an Indemnitee may be entitled to indemnification or advancement of expenses with respect to which, in whole or in part, the Company may also have an indemnification or advancement obligation (other than as a result of obligations under an insurance policy).
Lower Tier Participant refers any participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a First Tier Participant or other Lower Tier Participants (such as subcontractors and suppliers).
Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.
Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;
Current Participant means a person who participated in the Plan during the Class Period and had an Active Account on May 11, 2018.
Non-Highly Compensated Participant means any Participant who is neither a Highly Compensated Employee nor a Family Member.
Related Group For Loan Group 1, Group 1 and for Loan Group 2, Group 2.
Former Employee means an individual who has severed employment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer.
Contributing Employer means any employer other than a reimbursing employer or rated governmental employer.
Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.
Consolidated Group means the Borrower and all Subsidiaries which are consolidated with it for financial reporting purposes under GAAP.
Qualified Participant means a Participant who has attained age 55 and who has completed at least 10 years of participation in the Plan.
