TRAINING STIPEND PSM new to the system may be required to work up to two (2) additional days prior to the beginning of the contract year for purposes of orientation and training such as; PowerSchool, Medicaid xxxxxxxx, policies/procedures, 5-d, etc. may be paid $100 daily stipend to be paid after 90 calendar days.
GREAT JOB. Award - The parties have agreed to establishing a “Great Job” awards program up to $2,500.00 to be available to support staff members meeting criteria set forth by the Superintendent and Association President. Awards may be given in amounts up to $500.00 per each member.
