Greenery Area definition

Greenery Area means the area or areas provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(9)(b)(ii) of the Government Grant and which for the purpose of identification only are shown and coloured Yellow Stippled Black on the DMC Plans;
Greenery Area means the areas of the Land planted with trees, shrubs and other plants in the Development referred to in Special Condition No.(14)(b)(i) which are for identification purposes shown coloured yellow dashed black on the Plans and the location of vertical greenery areas of which are indicated by brown dotted lines on the Plans) (for the avoidance of doubt, “Greenery Area” defined herein are not the same as “the Greenery Area” as defined and referred to in Special Condition No.(14)(b)(ii));
Greenery Area means the greenery areas of the Development, which are for the purposes of identification only shown coloured Green Cross Hatched Black on the Greenery Area Plan (certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person) annexed hereto and their size (in area) and access thereto are also indicated thereon;

Examples of Greenery Area in a sentence

  • Mulch/compost can be purchased during normal business hours from stockpiles located at the Greenery Area of the landfill.

  • Not less than 50% of the said 20% (“the Greenery Area”) shall be provided at such location or level as may be determined by the Director at his sole discretion so that the Greenery Area shall be visible to pedestrians or accessible by any person or persons entering the land.

  • Greenery Area at Primary Zone Top soil for planting ≤15m above the level of the street or a public pedestrian way/ public open space which the planter fronts.

  • Not less than 66% of the said 30% (“the Greenery Area”) shall be provided at such location or level as may be determined by the Director at his sole discretion so that the Greenery Area shall be visible to pedestrians or accessible by any person or persons entering the land.

  • Mulch can be obtained during normal business hours from stockpiles located at the Greenery Area of the landfill.


More Definitions of Greenery Area

Greenery Area means the portion or portions of the said land at or within which greening (including but not limited to the provision of live plants with soil base) is provided and maintained in accordance with Clause 3.15(c) of the said lease (for the avoidance of doubt, the Greenery Area includes the vertical greenery areas). The layout, size(s) and location(s) of the Greenery Area are, for the purpose of identification only, shown coloured BROWN HATCHED BLACK, and PECKED GREEN LINE on the plan(s) annexed hereto, the accuracy of such plan(s) has been certified by the Authorized Person;
Greenery Area means the portion or portions of the said land at or within which greening is provided and maintained as referred to in Clause 3.14(h)(i) of the said lease and includes the vertical greenery areas. The size(s) and location of the Greenery Area are, for the purpose of identification, shown coloured yellow, orange hatched black, brown hatched black and red on the plans annexed hereto, the accuracy of such plan(s) has been certified by the Authorized Person;
Greenery Area means those parts of the Development referred to and defined as “the Greenery Area” in Special Condition No. (4)(b) of the Government Grant planted with trees, shrubs or other plants for the purpose of landscape. The locations and the sizes (in area) of the Greenery Area are for the purpose of identification only shown and coloured yellow stippled black and green stippled black on the plans nos. DMC-02, DMC-03, DMC-05, DMC-09 and DMC-10 annexed to this Deed, and coloured yellow cross-hatched black for vertical green on the plans nos. DMC-02 to DMC-05 (both inclusive) annexed to this Deed, and the accuracy of which are certified by or on behalf of the Authorized Person. The Greenery Area as shown and coloured yellow stippled black and yellow cross- hatched black respectively shall form part of the Estate Common Areas and Facilities. The Greenery Area as shown and coloured green stippled black shall form part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities;
Greenery Area means the areas landscaped (including any vertical greening on the ground floor) on the ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor of the Estate which for the purpose of identification only are shown and coloured red crossed black and green crossed black on the plans annexed to this Deed and marked Plan Nos.DMC-06 to DMC-09 (both inclusive) and the accuracy of such plans is certified by or on behalf of the Authorized Person.
Greenery Area means those parts of the Development referred to and defined as “the Greenery Area” in Clause No. (4)(c) of the Government Grant, which are for the purposes of identification only shown coloured Green Stippled Black on the DMC Plans;
Greenery Area. The greenery area within the Land and the Development with details of its size, location and common access thereto for identification purposes only shown coloured yellow on the Layout of Site Coverage of Greenery plan attached hereto, the accuracy of which is certified by the Authorized Person.
Greenery Area. Green and Innovative FeaturesThe area as defined in Special Condition No. (5)(b)(ii) of the Government Grant. All those green and innovative features which are exempted, by the Building Authority and the Director of Lands, from the calculation of gross floor area or site coverage, or both, of the Development and which comprise utility platforms, balconies, covered areas underneath the utility platforms and balconies as, insofar as any of the same is identifiable on plan, indicated respectively on the plans annexed hereto, and certified as to their accuracy by or on behalf of the Authorized Person.
