Greenery Areas definition

Greenery Areas means the greenery areas and vertical greening which are (if and where capable of being shown on plans) for identification purposes only shown coloured Yellow Cross-hatched Black, Green hatched Black and Green Cross-hatched Black on the DMC Plans;
Greenery Areas means the areas of the Land planted with trees, shrubs and other plants in the Development referred to in Special Condition No.(11)(b)(i) of the Land Grant which are for identification purposes coloured indigo stippled black and yellow stippled black on the Plans (for the avoidance of doubt, “Greenery Areas” defined herein are not the same as “the Greenery Area” as defined and referred to in Special Condition No.(11)(b)(ii) of the Land Grant);
Greenery Areas means the greenery areas (including the vertical greenery areas) provided pursuant to the Practice Note for Authorized Persons, Registered Structural Engineers and Registered Geotechnical Engineers APP-152 of the Buildings Department for the common use and benefit of the Estate in accordance with this Deed and such greenery areas (including the vertical greenery areas) (if and where capable of being shown on plans) are shown coloured brown triangulated black, brown hatched black triangulated black, green triangulated black and green hatched black triangulated black on the plans certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto;

Examples of Greenery Areas in a sentence

  • The Greenery Areas shall not be used for any other purposes other than as greenery without the prior consent of the Building Authority.

  • No Owner shall use the Greenery Areas (DCA) or the Greenery Areas (RCA) for any purpose other than that approved under the Building Plans without the prior consent of the Building Authority.

  • Greenery areas The Greenery Areas referred to in Clause 3.15(g) of the said lease, forming parts of the Estate Common Areas and Facilities and/or Residential Block Common Areas and Facilities, shall be used in compliance with the Sustainable Building Design Guidelines issued by Buildings Department and will not be used for other purpose without prior consent of the Independent Checking Unit of Office of the Permanent Secretary for Transport and Housing (Housing) or the Building Authority.

  • The Greenery Areas referred to in Clause [3.15(c)] of the said lease, forming parts of the Residential Block Common Areas and Facilities, shall be used in compliance with the Sustainable Building Design Guidelines issued by Buildings Department and will not be used for other purpose without prior consent of the Independent Checking Unit of Office of the Permanent Secretary for Transport and Housing (Housing) or the Building Authority.


More Definitions of Greenery Areas

Greenery Areas means the Vertical Greening and the area or areas provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(15)(b)(iii) of the Government Grant and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior consent of the Building Authority and for the purposes of identification only are shown and coloured Blue Grass- Hatched Black or Green Grass-Hatched Black on the Ground Floor Plan – Part 1, Ground Floor Plan - Part 2, Ground Floor Plan – Part 3, Ground Floor Plan – Part 4, Ground Floor Plans of Towers 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 13, and Vertical Greenery Elevation Plans of the DMC Plans;
Greenery Areas means the area (including any vertical greening) landscaped in accordance with Special Condition No.(11) of the Government Grant which are for the purpose of identification only shown and coloured yellow dashed black and indigo dashed black respectively on the Plans, and the vertical greening are for identification purpose only shown by broken violet lines on the Plans, and the accuracy of which is certified by or on behalf of the Authorized Person.
Greenery Areas means the whole of the residential development constructed or in the course of construction on the Lot in accordance with the Conditions and the Buildings Plans and known as “Xx. 0 Xxx Xxx Shan Road”, No. 3 Xxx Xxx Shan Road, Sai Kung, New Territories; means the Government of Hong Kong; means the part or parts of the design or construction in the Development incorporating the features of the Balconies, the Covered Area and the Non-Structural Prefabricated External Walls; means the greenery areas in the Lot and the Development which are shown (for identification purpose only) coloured green on the Greenery Areas Plans certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person annexed hereto;
Greenery Areas. DRAFT means the greenery areas (including the vertical green marked by orange coloured line on the plans certified by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto and all the areas landscaped in accordance with Special Condition No. (20) of the Government Grant) which shall not be used for any purpose other than those permitted under the Government Grant without the prior consent of the Building Authority and are for the purposes of identification only shown coloured green on the plans certified by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto;
Greenery Areas means the areas in the Development landscaped in accordance with Special Condition No. (10)(b) which are for identification purposes edged by red broken lines on the Plans (for the avoidance of doubt, the term “Greenery Areas” used in this Deed includes but is not restricted to “the Greenery Area” referred to in Special Condition No. (10)(b)(ii));
Greenery Areas. Those areas approved by the Building Authority to be used as greenery areas under the Approved Plans and are for the purpose of identification shown and coloured Orange Cross- Hatched Black on the plans (certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person) hereto annexed. “Inaccessible Maintenance Roof” The inaccessible maintenance roof above the Relevant Portion of the Substation Premises (as defined in the Principal Deed) on the 1st Floor of the Phase.
Greenery Areas means the greenery areas including (i) portions of vertical greenings, planter, planter areas and the Greenery Areas cum Covered Landscaped Area which for the purpose of identification only are shown coloured Yellow Stippled Black, Pink Stippled Black, Brown Stippled Black and Brown Hatched Black Stippled Black on the DMC Plans (with details of their size (in area), locations and common access thereto clearly indicated thereon) and (ii) remaining portions of vertical greenings which for the purpose of identification only are shown coloured Violet and marked “VG” on the DMC Plans;
