Greenery Areas means the greenery areas and vertical greening which are (if and where capable of being shown on plans) for identification purposes only shown coloured Yellow Cross-hatched Black, Green hatched Black and Green Cross-hatched Black on the DMC Plans;
Greenery Areas means the areas of the Land planted with trees, shrubs and other plants in the Development referred to in Special Condition No.(11)(b)(i) of the Land Grant which are for identification purposes coloured indigo stippled black and yellow stippled black on the Plans (for the avoidance of doubt, “Greenery Areas” defined herein are not the same as “the Greenery Area” as defined and referred to in Special Condition No.(11)(b)(ii) of the Land Grant);
Greenery Areas means the greenery areas (including the vertical greenery areas) provided pursuant to the Practice Note for Authorized Persons, Registered Structural Engineers and Registered Geotechnical Engineers APP-152 of the Buildings Department for the common use and benefit of the Estate in accordance with this Deed and such greenery areas (including the vertical greenery areas) (if and where capable of being shown on plans) are shown coloured brown triangulated black, brown hatched black triangulated black, green triangulated black and green hatched black triangulated black on the plans certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto;
Examples of Greenery Areas in a sentence
The Greenery Areas referred to in Clause [3.15(c)] of the said lease, forming parts of the Residential Block Common Areas and Facilities, shall be used in compliance with the Sustainable Building Design Guidelines issued by Buildings Department and will not be used for other purpose without prior consent of the Independent Checking Unit of Office of the Permanent Secretary for Transport and Housing (Housing) or the Building Authority.

Greenery Areas means the area (including any vertical greening) landscaped in accordance with Special Condition No.
