Grievance Redress Mechanism definition

Grievance Redress Mechanism means the system aimed to receive grievances that might be associated with the Project activities.
Grievance Redress Mechanism or “GRM” means the system aimed to receive and address grievances and complaints associated with the Cash Transfer under Part A.1 (Component 3.1) of the Project.
