GROUND TRANSPORTATION COMPANY means any commercial company or person which regularly, or occasionally, provides for or dispatches ground transportation vehicles which transport persons or property to or from the Airport, including without limitation:

GROUND TRANSPORTATION COMPANY means any Person (other than the Galveston Wharves or any Person or entity under contract to provide transportation services for the Galveston Wharves) owning or operating the following types of vehicles as defined in this section: commercial passenger vehicle, bus, bus service, charter bus, courtesy vehicle, shuttle, limousine, taxi or taxicab service.
