Group 2 Principal Remittance Amount definition

Group 2 Principal Remittance Amount. Means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the portion of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date derived from the Group 2 Mortgage Loans.
Group 2 Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, to the extent of funds available therefor, the sum (less amounts available for reimbursement of Advances and Servicing Advances pursuant to Section 3.05 and expenses reimbursable pursuant to Section 6.03) of: (i) each payment of principal on a Group 2 Mortgage Loan due during the related Collection Period and received by the Servicer on or prior to the related Determination Date, and any Advances with respect thereto, (ii) all full and partial Principal Prepayments received by the Servicer on the Group 2 Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period, (iii) the Net Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal actually collected by the Servicer on the Group 2 Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period, (iv) with respect to Defective Mortgage Loans that are Group 2 Mortgage Loans repurchased with respect to such Prepayment Period, the portion of the Purchase Price allocable to principal, (v) any Substitution Adjustment Amounts received with respect to Group 2 Mortgage Loans on or prior to the previous Determination Date and not yet distributed and (vi) on the Distribution Date on which the Trust is to be terminated in accordance with Section 10.01 hereof, that portion of the Termination Price in respect of principal on the Group 2 Mortgage Loans.
Group 2 Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) all Scheduled Payments of principal collected or advanced on the Group 2 Mortgage Loans by the Servicer that were due during the related Due Period, (ii) the principal portion of all partial and full Principal Prepayments of the Group 2 Mortgage Loans applied by the Servicer during such Prepayment Period, (iii) the principal portion of all related Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and Subsequent Recoveries received during such Prepayment Period with respect to the Group 2 Mortgage Loans, (iv) that portion of the Purchase Price, representing principal of any repurchased Group 2 Mortgage Loan, deposited to the Collection Account during such Prepayment Period, (v) the principal portion of any related Substitution Adjustments deposited in the Collection Account during such Prepayment Period with respect to the Group 2 Mortgage Loans and (vi) on the Distribution Date on which the Trust is to be Fremont 2006-D Pooling & Servicing Agreement terminated in accordance with this Agreement, that portion of the Termination Price, representing principal with respect to the Group 2 Mortgage Loans.

Group 2 Principal Remittance Amount. The sum of Loan Subgroup 2A Principal Remittance Amount and Loan Subgroup 2B Principal Remittance Amount.
Group 2 Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date will be the sum of (i) the principal portion of all Monthly Payments on the Group 2 Mortgage Loans due during the related Due Period, whether or not received on or prior to the related Determination Date; (ii) the principal portion of all proceeds received in respect of the repurchase of a Group 2 Mortgage Loan or, in the case of a substitution, certain amounts representing a principal adjustment, during the related Prepayment Period pursuant to or as contemplated by Section 2.03 and Section 10.01; and (iii) the principal portion of all other unscheduled collections, including Insurance Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and all Principal Prepayments in full and in part, received during the related Prepayment Period, to the extent applied as recoveries of principal on the Group 2 Mortgage Loans, net in each case of payments or reimbursements to the Trustee, the Custodian, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator and the Servicer.
Group 2 Principal Remittance Amount. For any Payment Date will be equal to the excess, if any, of Group 2 Principal Collections for such Payment Date plus Realized Losses to the extent covered by Group 2 Monthly Excess Cash Flow incurred on the Group 2 Loans during the related Collection Period pursuant to Section 3.05(e)(B)(i) of the Indenture, over the sum of aggregate amount of Additional Balances created during the related Collection Period and conveyed to the Issuer and the amounts distributed to the Certificate Paying Agent in respect of the Additional Balance Advance Amount pursuant to Section 3.05(a) of the Indenture.
Group 2 Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to a Payment Date and Loan Group 2, will generally be equal to (A) the sum, without duplication, of (i) the scheduled principal collected on the mortgage loans in the related Loan Group during the related Due Period or advanced by the Servicer or Master Servicer, (ii) prepayments of principal in respect of the Group 2 Mortgage Loans, exclusive of any prepayment charges, collected in the related Prepayment Period, (iii) the Outstanding Principal Balance received with respect to each Group 2 Mortgage Loan that was repurchased by the Originator and the amount, if any, by which the aggregate unpaid principal balance of any replacement mortgage loans in the Loan Group 2 is less than the aggregate unpaid principal balance of any deleted mortgage loans in the Loan Group 2 delivered by the Originator in connection with a substitution of a mortgage loan in the related Loan Group, (iv) all Liquidation Proceeds and Subsequent Recoveries collected during the related Prepayment Period on the Group 2 Mortgage Loans, to the extent such Liquidation Proceeds and Subsequent Recoveries relate to principal, less all non-recoverable advances relating to principal reimbursed during the related Due Period, and (v) such Loan Group's pro rata share (based on the aggregate Stated Principal Balance) of the principal portion of the purchase price of the assets of the Issuing Entity upon the exercise by the majority holder of the owner trust certificates of its optional redemption right; minus (B) the amount by which the sum of (i) amounts payable or reimbursable to the Servicer, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator, the Indenture Trustee and the Custodian during the related Due Period as provided in the Indenture to the extent related to such Loan Group including all non-recoverable advances relating to interest and certain expenses reimbursed during the related Prepayment Period and (ii) the product of (1) the sum of (x) such reimbursement or payments to the Servicer, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator, the Indenture Trustee and the Custodian during the related Due Period as provided in the Indenture and not related to a Loan Group and (y) any Net Swap Payment or Swap Termination Payment owed to the Swap Provider (other than any swap termination payment resulting from a swap provider trigger event) on such Payment Date and (2) a fraction, the numerator of which is the amount of interest collected or advanced in respect of the Group 2 Mortgage...

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Group I Principal Remittance Amount and the Group II Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Monthly Remittance Amount The sum of the Group I Monthly Remittance Amount and the Group II Monthly Remittance Amount.

  • Remittance Amount means the funds denominated in Singapore Dollars or United Stated Dollars which is to be debited from the Customer's Account(s) and converted into the specified Foreign Amount.

  • Optimal Interest Remittance Amount For any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the product of (1) (x) the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Due Period less the Premium Percentage, divided by (y) 12 and (2) the applicable Aggregate Collateral Balance for the immediately preceding Distribution Date, over (ii) any expenses that reduce the Interest Remittance Amount that do not arise as a result of a default or delinquency of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date is the sum of (i) the Group 1 Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the product of (a) the Overcollateralization Increase Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the Group 1 Percentage.

  • Master Servicer Remittance Amount With respect to each Master Servicer and each Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to (a) all amounts on deposit in such Master Servicer’s Collection Account as of 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such Master Servicer Remittance Date, net of (b) any portion of the amounts described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following: (i) collected Monthly Payments with respect to any Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period, (ii) to the extent not covered by clause (i) above, any payments of principal (including Principal Prepayments) and interest, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or REO Property serviced by such Master Servicer after the end of the related Collection Period, (iii) any Prepayment Premiums and/or Yield Maintenance Charges Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or successor REO Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer with respect thereto after the end of the related Collection Period, (iv) any Excess Liquidation Proceeds, (v) any amounts payable or reimbursable to any Person from such Collection Account pursuant to clauses (ii) through (xxii) of Section 3.05(a), and (vi) any amounts deposited in such Collection Account in error; provided that the Master Servicer Remittance Amount with respect to such Master Servicer for the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs in the same calendar month as the anticipated Final Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to clauses (b)(i), (b)(ii), (b)(iii) and (b)(iv) of this definition.

  • Group II Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.

  • Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.
