Examples of Group 3 Notes in a sentence

  • In the event that any of the Group 1 Notes, Group 2 Notes or Group 3 Notes constitutes an Undercollateralized Group (or Groups) on any Payment Date following the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date, an Undercollateralization Payment will be made from the excess of the Available Funds from the Overcollateralized Group (or Groups) remaining after all required amounts have been paid to the related Class or Classes of Offered Notes of such Overcollateralized Group.

  • Class A-3 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-3 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 1.04% Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • B Notes means each of Note B-1 and Note B-2.

  • Class A-2a Notes means the $359,000,000 Class A-2a 5.14% Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A-2b Notes means the Class A-2b Floating Rate Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2b to the Indenture.

  • Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

  • Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • A Notes means each Note that has a designation starting with “A”, either individually or in the aggregate as the context may require.

  • Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.

  • Class A-3 Note means any of the ___% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3, issued under the Indenture.

  • Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class B Notes means the Class B 5.03% Asset-Backed Notes substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Indenture.

  • Class A-3 Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class A-3 Note is registered on the Note Register.

  • Class A-3 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.

  • 2015 Notes means the 8.375% senior notes due 2015 in the principal amounts of $615 million and €500 million issued pursuant to the 2015 Notes Indenture.
