  • These required Physical Security Measures shall include the secure transportation of MTA Group Confidential Information and/or PII outside (a) from the SI, Subcontractor or MTA Group computing facilities or other premises, and (b) from Third Party computing facilities or other premises, where such Third Party is under the control or direction of the SI.

  • NFPS Data shall include Personally Identifiable Information of customers, sensitive Payment Card Data, data concerning NFPS revenue and other MTA Group Confidential Information and Security-Sensitive Information.

Group Confidential Information shall not include any information that at the time of disclosure or thereafter is generally available to and known by the public (other than as a result of a disclosure directly or indirectly by the Party relying on this exception or any of its Representatives).
