Examples of GSO Funds in a sentence

  • The Company and each of the GSO Funds shall cooperate with each other and shall take such further action and shall execute and deliver such further documents as may be reasonably requested by any other party in order to carry out the provisions and purposes of this Agreement.

  • This Agreement may be amended only by means of a written amendment signed by the Company and the GSO Funds.

  • The GSO Funds agree that they shall not direct any Person to undermine or breach the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, none of the restrictions or limitations imposed on each of the GSO Funds or its Affiliates pursuant to this Section 2.4 shall apply with respect to the Offered Stock.
