Guaranteed Permits. For a feature motion picture as defined in Article
Guaranteed Permits. For productions with a total budget of more than five million dollars ($5,000,000), the Employer will be allowed four (4) guaranteed work permits with a limit of one (1) per department. Guaranteed permits will be declared in advance of requesting additional work permits (Section 4.03). The Employer will be required to meet the terms laid out in the Counterpart Position (Article 4.04) for these Guaranteed Permits.

  • Governmental Authorizations means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Entity or pursuant to any Legal Requirement.

  • LICENCE AND PERMITS means any and all of the following which must be valid and updated periodically by the Transport Supplier to the satisfaction of the Company:-

  • Non-Guaranteed Elements means the premiums, credited interest rates (including any bonus), benefits, values, dividends, non-interest based credits, charges or elements of formulas used to determine any of these, that are subject to company discretion and are not guaranteed at issue. An element is considered non-guaranteed if any of the underlying non-guaranteed elements are used in its calculation.
