Guaranteed Work. Nurses who report for work as scheduled by the Employer will be guaranteed work for that shift.
Guaranteed Work. Regular Nurses who report for work as scheduled by the Employer will be guaranteed work for that shift. This Article is not applicable to a Casual Nurse (except a Casual Nurse in a temporary position).
Guaranteed Work. Nurses who report to work as scheduled will be guaranteed work for that shift unless advised not to report at least eight (8) hours prior to the starting time of the shift.
(a) All authorized time worked after the normal scheduled work day (eight (8) hours) or period (eighty (80) hours in two (2) weeks) shall be considered overtime, and shall be compensated by pay or time off in lieu of pay, both at a rate of one and one-half times (1.5 x) the Nurse’s regularly hourly rate for the overtime worked.
(b) A Nurse who works in excess of four (4) continuous hours overtime shall be compensated at a rate of two times (2 x) the Nurse’s regular hourly rate for the overtime worked in excess of the first (1st) four (4) hours of overtime.
(c) Overtime shall not be claimed for less than fifteen (15) minutes at the end of a shift, but if overtime amounts to fifteen (15) minutes or more, the overtime rates shall apply to the total period in excess of the shift.
(d) Time off or premium pay overtime will be by mutual agreement between the Nurse and the Employer. Where operationally possible, time off shall be taken within sixty (60) calendar days of the overtime worked and at a time mutually agreeable between the Employer and the Nurse.
Guaranteed Work. (a) Regular and relief employees who are scheduled and report for work at the beginning of their workweek shall be guaranteed pay for the following number of shifts for which they are scheduled in that workweek.
(b) 1. Not less than four (4) or five (5) full shifts as defined in Section 9.01 for: COOKS AND MISCELLANEOUS KITCHEN HELP CLASSIFICATIONS except Dishwashers for banquets and private parties; DINING ROOM CLASSIFICATIONS except Showroom Captain, Host Person, all Server classifications, all Bus Person classifications, all Cashier and Checker classifications; CASINO CLASSIFICATIONS (Booth Cashiers, Change Persons, Carousel Attendants); HOUSEKEEPING CLASSIFICATIONS; Tropicana Resort & Casino 12 BAR CLASSIFICATIONS except Banquet Bartenders and BARTENDERS serving hospitalities, cocktail parties and bars for Specialty/Gourmet Rooms where the room is only open four (4) days per week, Showroom Service Bartenders for a showroom where there is only one show per night; BXXX DESK CLASSIFICATIONS except for Baggage Handlers.
Guaranteed Work. Guaranteed Work. (a) Subject to the continuing ability of the Company and its Affiliates to meet service and quality requirements and subject to the conditions set forth below, TDCC guarantees to the Compancy that between the Closing Date and December 31, 2001 (assuming that the Closing occurs) (the "Guarantee Period"), TDCC and its Affiliates (other than the Company and its Subsidiaries) (a "Dow Party") will, pursuant to the terms of either the Services Agreement or any other agreement between a Dow Party on the one hand, and the Company or its Affiliates (a "Radian Party") on the other hand, provide the Radian Parties with work for which at least $90 million in gross revenue (the "Guaranteed Amount") is earned during the Guarantee Period.
(b) During the Guarantee Period, if a Dow Party identifies work that it believes could be competently performed by a Radian Party, the Dow Party, consistent with past practices, may propose to the Radian Party that it perform such work ("Identified Work"). If TDCC requests that the Company perform work within the scope of Exhibit 1.1 of the Services Agreement, the parties will utilize the Services Agreement. Otherwise, the relevant Dow Party and Radian Party will negotiate to agree on the terms and conditions (including, without limitation, price) for such work. If the parties agree, the work in question shall be performed by the Radian Party, and, except as provided below, the revenue for the work earned within the Guarantee Period by the Radian Party shall count toward satisfaction of the Guaranteed Amount; provided, however, that, except as provided in Section 6.08(f), revenue for work not set forth on Exhibit 1.1 and not performed by the Company or its Subsidiaries shall not count toward satisfaction of the Guaranteed Amount. If the Radian Party declines to perform the proposed work and such work (i) is described in Exhibit 1.1 of the Services Agreement or (ii) is within the competence of such Radian Party (as to (ii), in the reasonable opinion of such Radian Party), the amount that the Dow Party pays a third party to perform such work, or the fully absorbed cost incurred by a Dow Party if such work is performed by a Dow Party, shall count toward satisfaction of the Guaranteed Amount.
(c) If the Dow Party believes that the price proposed by the Radian Party for certain Identified Work is not competitive, the Dow Party may obtain two other estimates for the same scope of work from two NRESFs, subject to the limitations described belo...
Guaranteed Work. (a) The Company shall guarantee to the Musician a minimum of 32 sessions of work in each financial year at a venue within Zone 6, and a minimum of 32 sessions of work in each financial year on tour at venue(s) outside of Zone 6 but within the United Kingdom.
(b) The Musician shall work a minimum of 50% of guaranteed sessions within Zone 6, and a minimum of 50% of guaranteed sessions on tour outside of Zone 6.
(c) The Musician shall work a minimum of 30% of non-guaranteed sessions offered.
(d) Notwithstanding Clause 3 (a) above, the Company may relinquish its guarantee of sessions in the event of extreme circumstances. However, the Company shall not relinquish this guarantee without prior consultation with The Musicians’ Union and Committee members.
Guaranteed Work. 10.01 Employees who are called in to work on any day shall be offered at least eight (8) hours work during the regular work schedule on that day, or pay in lieu thereof. If less than eight (8) hours is worked during the regular work schedule, at the prevailing rate of pay for that day, except, however, in the case of fire, power failure or Act of God, Employees shall be guaranteed four (4) hours work.
10.02 Any Employee who has left the Plant after completing his regular scheduled shift and is recalled to work to perform specific emergency work, shall be paid for at least four
Guaranteed Work. 11.01 Employees who report to work as scheduled shall be offered at least eight (8) hours work during the regular department work schedule on that day. An exception to this is in the case of fire, power failure, or Act of God in which case Employees shall be guaranteed four (4) hours work. If the Company is unable to schedule work of any kind, four (4) straight time hours pay will be given in lieu thereof.
11.02 Any Employee who has left the plant after completing his/her regular scheduled shift, and is called to work to perform specific emergency work, shall be paid for at least four (4) hours at double time. Any work beyond four (4) hours shall also be paid at double time, unless however, this becomes part of his/her regular scheduled shift, in which case the regular rate will be paid. The Employee shall not perform work other than emergency work.
11.03 It has been clarified that when an Employee is at work for an emergency and another emergency occurs, this will be considered the same call-in.
11.04 If an Employee refuses overtime they will not qualify for a call- in for the same shift(s) that they refused overtime for.
Guaranteed Work. 9.01 Employees who report for work without previous notification of the Company's inability to supply work shall be offered at least eight (8) hours work during the regular schedule on that day, or pay in lieu thereof if less than eight (8) hours is worked during the regular schedule, at the prevailing rate of pay for that day, except, however, in the case of fire, power failure, or Act of God, in which events Employees shall be guaranteed four (4) hours at the prevailing rate for that day.
9.02 Any Employee who has left the Plant after completing his regular scheduled shift and is recalled to work to perform specific emergency work shall be paid for at least four (4) hours at double time. Any work beyond four (4) hours shall also be paid at double time unless, however, this becomes part of his regular scheduled shift, in which case the regular rate will be paid. The Employee shall not perform work other than the emergency work for which he was recalled. In no event will an employee replacing another employee who is unable to work be paid more than the appropriate rate for hours worked.
