Hardware Supplier definition

Hardware Supplier means the third party supplier of any Supported Hardware;
Hardware Supplier means the third party designated supplier of the Hubble Accelerator which ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ may change from time to time in its sole discretion.
Hardware Supplier means the third party suppliers that offer relevant ancillary products and services that are needed to build, fit out, operate, service (stocking), maintain (e.g. cleaning, security) a Shop) (including the Hardware Products and Marketing Facilities).

  • Additional Support during Warranty Period - During the warranty period for the applicable Hardware, Supplier may also make available additional support services, such as remote and/or on-site remedial and preventative services to maintain conformance with Supplier published specifications and/or access to help-line services and subsequent releases of the applicable Software.

  • To ensure the OWNER’S requirements are satisfied, a meeting must be held with the OWNER, ARCHITECT, CONTRACTOR and Hardware Supplier to finalize the keying schedule.

  • To facilitate such support, upon shipment of the Software at Scale Hardware, Supplier shall provide OEM with all serial number information so that OEM can provide such support.

  • Unless a Virtual Appliance is used, Customer must purchase the Physical Appliance directly from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇’s designated Hardware Supplier.

  • If the plans are not written with the proper signage numbers, an “as built” hardware schedule will be given to OWNER by the Hardware Supplier using the signage numbers.
