Head Meat Cutter means a Journeyman meat cutter who is responsible for the efficient management of the market.

  • In the event the Head Meat Cutter in a newly opened store is a new employee, any additional compensation will be based on the average of the initial twelve (12) or thirteen (13) weeks of operation and paid in a total amount following completion of such period.

  • When an employee is assigned to relieve the Meat Manager (Head Meat Cutter) for two (2) days or more in a week, they shall be paid eighty-five ($0.85) cents per hour or the applicable Manager rate whichever is greater for all time so employed.
