Head Meat Cutter means a Journeyman meat cutter who is responsible for the efficient management of the market.
Head Meat Cutter as hereinafter used shall mean the meat cutter in any market wherein only one (1) meat cutter is employed, or the meat cutter so designated by the Employer as head meat cutter in any market em­ ploying more than one (1) meat employee.   • In the event the Head Meat Cutter in a newly opened store is a new employee, any additional compensation will be based on the average of the initial twelve (12) or thirteen (13) weeks of operation and paid in a total amount following completion of such period.

  • When both the Assistant Meat Manager (Assistant Head Meat Cutter) and Meat Manager (Head Meat Cutter) and/or the Assistant Deli Manager and Deli Manager are at work, but for their regular scheduled days off, the relief pay for the Assistant Meat Manager (Assistant Head Meat Cutter) and/or Assistant Deli Manager position will be limited to a maximum of two (2) days.

  • An employee will be assigned to relieve the Meat Manager (Head Meat Cutter), and/or Deli Manager when the Meat Manager (Head Meat Cutter) and/or the Deli Manager is absent.

  • In the event that the designated Assistant Head Meat Cutter assumes the responsibility of the Head Meat Cutter for more than one (1) week or if the regular Assistant Head Meat Cutter is absent for any reason for more than one (1) week, a temporary Assistant Head Meat Cutter shall be designated.
