Health Sciences Library definition

Health Sciences Library means the Library that reports to the Faculty of Health Sciences, and is located in the McMaster University Health Sciences Centre. “holidays” are paid days away from work as specified by statute or this Agreement and may also be called “specified holidays”.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act means the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013);

  • Health insurance plan means any health insurance policy or health benefit plan offered by a health insurer or a subcontractor of a health insurer, as well as Medicaid and any other public health care assistance program offered or administered by the State or by any subdivision or instrumentality of the State.   • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Clinical laboratory means a facility for the microbiological, serological, chemical, hematological, radiobioassay, cytological, immunohematological, pathological, or other examination of materials derived from the human body for the purpose of providing information for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease or assessment of a medical condition.

  • Health and Human Services or “HHS” includes HHSC and DSHS.
