Hedging Document definition

Hedging Document means any master agreement, confirmation, schedule or other agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender entered into by a Borrower and the Lender as hedge counterparty for the purpose of hedging interest rate liabilities and/or any exchange rate or other risks in relation to Facility B in accordance with Clause 22.27(b) (Treasury Transactions).
Hedging Document has the meaning given to it in the Priority Agreement.

More Definitions of Hedging Document

Hedging Document means each ISDA master agreement, confirmation or other document evidencing any hedging facility provided by a Hedging Bank to an Obligor, which facility is specified in Schedule 4 (Hedging Banks and Hedging Documents) or where the counterparty has become a Hedging Bank in accordance with Clause 5.1 (Accession of Hedging Banks) and the Hedging Security Documents (collectively, the “Hedging Documents”).
Hedging Document means any document governing the terms of any interest rate or currency exchange, swap, cap, collar or other arrangement for hedging risk entered into by any member of the Group, including all documents evidencing or supporting the interest rate hedging arrangements referred to in the Hedging Policy Letter (as defined in the Facility Agreement) and “Hedging Documents” means all such documents;
