Highway Works definition

Highway Works means the works comprised in Works Nos 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13;
Highway Works includes provision, at the expense of the Developer, of raised kerbing at the Woodcote Green Road Bus Stop and Dorking Road Bus Stops, the widening of footways, the provision of vehicular accesses and the RTPI Display Works at the Dorking Road Bus Stop shelters in accordance with a scheme to be submitted by the Developer and approved in writing by the County Council and as shown for indicative purposes on the Highway Works Plans.
Highway Works means Works Nos 10(a) to (e), (h) and (i);
