Historic Preservation Certification Application definition

Historic Preservation Certification Application means Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the Commission’s application forms for each stage of the certification process, as more fully set forth herein.
Historic Preservation Certification Application means application forms published by the national park service, United States department of the interior, Parts 1, 2 and 3, form No. 10- 168.

  • Article V.1.f of the Programmatic Agreement provides that: “In lieu of the review process outlined above, for building rehabilitation projects that use the Rehabilitation Investment Tax Credit (RITC), a Recipient may substitute a Part 2 Historic Preservation Certification Application (HPCA), approved and signed by the National Park Service, as evidence of compliance with the Standards.

  • In lieu of the Section 106 review process set forth in the Programmatic Agreement, the Part 2 Historic Preservation Certification Application, approved and signed by the National Park Service, shall serve as evidence of compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.

  • If the project includes any work not included in and approved by the Part 2 Historic Preservation Certification Application, it shall be reviewed as required by the Programmatic Agreement.

  • If a property owner submits a Federal Rehabilitation Investment Tax Credit Part 2 Historic Preservation Certification Application to the National Park Service (NPS), the review required by the certification process shall supersede the review outlined in Stipulation VII.A. If the undertaking receives Part 2 Certification from NPS without conditions, it shall be deemed to conform to the Standards and will require no further review under this Agreement.

  • In lieu of the review process outlined above, for building rehabilitation projects that use the Rehabilitation Investment Tax Credit (RITC), a Recipient may substitute a Part 2 Historic Preservation Certification Application (HPCA), approved and signed by the National Park Service, as evidence of compliance with the Standards.

  • In lieu of the review process outlined above, for building rehabilitation projects that use the Rehabilitation Investment Tax Credit, the Part 2 Historic Preservation Certification Application may serve as evidence for compliance with the Standards.

  • If the property owner submits a Part 2 Historic Preservation Certification Application to NPS, the review required by the certification process shall supersede the Option 1 review specified above.

  • This MOA shall terminate upon receipt by SHPO and Developer of the National Park Service approval or conditional approval of the Part 2 Historic Preservation Certification Application.

  • Tenant acknowledges that Landlord has or will submit a Historic Preservation Certification Application provided for in Title 36 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 67 in order to obtain the benefit of Historic Tax Credits in connection with Landlord’s rehabilitation of the Building.

  • If a property owner submits a Federal Rehabilitation Investment Tax Credit Part 2 Historic Preservation Certification Application to the National Park Service (NPS), the review required by the certification process will supersede the review outlined in Stipulation VII.A. If the undertaking receives Part 2 Certification from NPS without conditions, it will be deemed to conform to the Standards and will require no further review under this Agreement.
