Historic Screen Rate definition

Historic Screen Rate means, in relation to that Loan, the most recent applicable Screen Rate for the currency of that Loan and for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of that Loan and which is as of a day which is no more than 30 days before the Quotation Day.
Historic Screen Rate means, in relation to any Loan, the most recent applicable Screen Rate for USD and for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of that Loan and which is as of a day which is no more than one (1) day before the Quotation Day.

Historic Screen Rate means, in relation to any Loan (Facility A), the most recent applicable Screen Rate for EUR and for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of that Loan (Facility A) and which is as of a day which is no more than three (3) Business Days before the Quotation Day.
