Examples of HOA Funds in a sentence

  • Any HOA Funds remaining in the HOA Subaccount after the Obligations have been paid in full shall be returned to Borrower.

  • If at any time Lender believes in good faith that HOA Fees due and payable to an HOA for any HOA Property have become delinquent, Lender shall in its sole and absolute discretion apply the HOA Funds to pay such HOA Fees.

  • If the amount of the HOA Funds shall exceed the HOA Fees that Lender estimates will be payable with respect to all Applicable HOA Properties during the next ensuing twelve (12) months, Lender shall, in its sole discretion, return any excess to Borrower or credit such excess against future payments to be made to the HOA Funds.

  • If at any time Lender reasonably determines that the HOA Funds will not be sufficient to pay the HOA Fees for the Applicable HOA Properties for the next ensuing twelve (12) months, Lender shall notify Borrower of such determination and, within thirty (30) days following Borrower’s receipt of such written notice, Borrower shall deposit with Lender for transfer into the HOA Subaccount an amount that Lender estimates is sufficient to make up the deficiency.

  • Provided no Default or Event of Default exists, the HOA Funds reserved for any Applicable HOA Property shall be released upon a permitted sale and release of such Property in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Provided no Default or Event of Default exists, the HOA Funds reserved for any Applicable HOA Property shall be released upon a permitted sale and release of such Property in accordance with the terms hereof or upon the Substitution of the Property in accordance with Section 2.4.3(a) or Section 2.11.

  • Subsidy Funds With respect to any Subsidy Loans, funds contributed by the employer of a Mortgagor in order to reduce the payments required from the Mortgagor for a specified period in specified amounts.

  • Program Funds means all funds that are required to be deposited into the Non-profit School Food Service Account.

  • Good Funds means immediately available funds delivered by confirmed wire transfer to an account designated by the Closing Agent.

  • Trust Funds means any cash comprised of (i) funds specifically and exclusively used for payroll Taxes, payroll and other employee benefit payments to or for the benefit of any Loan Party’s or its Subsidiaries’ employees, (ii) all Taxes required to be collected, remitted or withheld (including, without limitation, federal and state withholding taxes (including the employer’s share thereof) and (iii) any other funds (A) which any Loan Party holds on behalf of another Person and (B) which such Loan Party holds as an escrow or fiduciary for such Person.

  • Operating Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.03.A.

  • Escrowed Funds Has the meaning, with respect to any Trust, specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • Buydown Funds Any amount contributed by the seller of a Mortgaged Property, the Company or other source in order to enable the Mortgagor to reduce the payments required to be made from the Mortgagor's funds in the early years of a Mortgage Loan. Buydown Funds are not part of the Trust Fund prior to deposit into the Custodial or Certificate Account.

  • Settlement Funds means Standard Settlement Funds and Maximizing Settlement Funds.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • State funds means any funds appropriated by the North Carolina General Assembly or collected by the State of North Carolina. State funds include federal financial assistance received by the State and transferred or disbursed to non-State entities. Both Federal and State funds maintain their identity as they are disbursed as financial assistance to other organizations.

  • Current Funds means wire transfers, certified funds or cashier's checks in a form acceptable to the Title Company which would permit the Title Company to immediately disburse such funds.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).
