Holdco Option definition

Holdco Option has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(a).
Holdco Option means each stock option to purchase shares of Holdco Common Stock.
Holdco Option means an option to subscribe for a Holdco Share. Holdco Scheme Information means information about Holdco which is provided to Petronor by or on behalf of Holdco to enable the Scheme Booklet to be prepared in accordance with all applicable laws, applicable ASIC guidance and policies, or to the Independent Expert to enable it to prepare its report. Holdco Share means a share of voting common stock in Holdco.
