Hospital Policies definition

Hospital Policies means any policies, codes, procedures, protocols and standards (as amended, superseded or replaced from time to time), applicable to the HSP and / or Hospitals in connection with the provision of Medical Services, or the care of Public Patients at HSP hospitals, which are notified, or have been notified or are made available to the Contractor from time to time.
Hospital Policies means and include the Operating Agreement, the written policies of Owner and other reasonable policies and procedures of the Hospital, all as are from time to time adopted, revised, authorized or approved by the Board of Directors and communicated in writing by Owner to MHMI.
Hospital Policies means policies approved by the Governing Body or Hospital President that are not Medical Staff Policies.
