Host Customer Agreement definition

Host Customer Agreement means the agreement between the Host Customer and the Project Sponsor that specifies the rights and obligations of each party with respect to the installation of the Measures and other related and/or unrelated matters at the Project Site. In the case of a multifamily project, the agreement is between the Project Sponsor and the property management/owner.

Host Customer Agreement means a Lease Agreement, a Power Purchase Agreement or an EZ-Own Contract, as applicable.
