Hotel Facility definition

Hotel Facility means the term loan facilities provided pursuant to the Hotel Facility Agreement.

Hotel Facility means each of (a) the Initial Hotels, and (b) the -------------- Approved Hotel Facilities acquired by the Borrower using the proceeds of a Loan or Loans made by the Lender hereunder.

Hotel Facility means the certain hotel building to be constructed on the Project Site and their ancillary facilities (save for casinos).
