Hotel Ground Lease definition

Hotel Ground Lease has the meaning specified in the Recitals.
Hotel Ground Lease shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Hotel Ground Lease means that certain Hotel Ground Lease for Convention Center Hotel Parcel, dated as of May 27, 2004, between Ground Lessor and Seller, together with all amendments and supplements thereto.

More Definitions of Hotel Ground Lease

Hotel Ground Lease means that certain Lease Agreement dated ------------------ July 1, 1978 by and between Franklin Town Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation and the Ground Lessee, as assigned to the Fee Owner pursuant to that certain Assignment of Lease dated March 10, 1988 by and between Franklin Town Corporation and the Fee Owner, as modified by that certain First Amendment to Lease Agreement dated March 10, 1988 between the Fee Owner and the Ground Lessee.
Hotel Ground Lease means that certain ground lease, dated as of the date hereof, by and between Declarant, as landlord, and RIDA, as tenant, as the same may be amended, restated, extended, supplemented or modified from time to time, and as the same may be replaced by a substitute lease with Hotel Tenant of all or substantially of the Hotel Parcel as permitted under the Hotel Ground Lease (including, without limitation, any New Lease under and as defined in the Hotel Ground Lease).
