House Accounts definition

House Accounts means those Customers in the Territory who purchase Products directly from AOS. House Accounts designated by AOS at the time of execution of this Agreement are set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto, which may be amended or updated by AOS from time to time at its sole discretion.
House Accounts means any house accounts established by the Managers in addition to the Operating Accounts and the Replacement Reserve Fund as established by the Managers to maintain ▇▇▇▇▇ cash funds at the Crystals Component.
House Accounts means those customers for or purchasers of the Company Products which are located within the Territory and which are designated from time to time in writing by the Company as House Accounts. House Accounts designated by the Company at the time of execution of this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto. The Company may in its sole discretion designate other customers as House Accounts by giving Sales Representative at least ten (10) days prior written notice of such designation before such designation becomes effective.

Examples of House Accounts in a sentence

  • Full payment is required at the end of the event except for pre-arranged Celtic Cowboy House Accounts which will be invoiced.

  • In some instances the Territory and/or Distribution Channels may include retailers who have been engaged by Crocs as international "in house accounts ("House Accounts").

  • Within 30 days of the commencement of the Agreement, the below list shall be refined to include the specific Division(s) and City(Cities) of each entity below which shall be considered House Accounts, by mutual agreement of the Executive Vice President's of Sales for both parties.

  • House Accounts shall be defined as revenue sharing sites that are (i) existing as of the date of this Agreement; and/or (ii) chains that have at least ten sites (at different geographic locations), including, but not limited to, Columbia/HCA, where, unless the chain requires otherwise, the laser system is used under the direction of only one doctor (who can designate a substitute when he or she is out of the office).

  • As of the Effective Date Crocs is not shipping to any House Accounts within the Territory.


More Definitions of House Accounts

House Accounts means, all accounts arising from your sales of inventory which are paid by credit card or a post-dated check. “Excluded Accounts” shall mean (a) all accounts arising from ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Designs’ sales of inventory to its customers listed on Schedule A attached hereto and (b) all accounts arising from ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Clothing’s sales of inventory to its customers listed on Schedule B attached hereto. However, if at any time you submit an Excluded Account to us hereunder for credit approval and we credit approve such account, (i) such account shall be deemed assigned to us hereunder, (ii) all other accounts then and thereafter due from such customer shall be assigned to us hereunder, and (iii) all such accounts shall be deemed an Account or Accounts hereunder and shall be subject to all of the terms of this Agreement.
House Accounts means any house accounts established by Operator in addition to the Operating Account and the Reserve Fund as established by Operator to maintain ▇▇▇▇▇ cash funds at the Condo-Hotel.
House Accounts means the existing -------------- -------------- customers of OPEN MARKET as of the Effective Date with facilities located in the Territory, to which Distributor shall be authorized to market and distribute the Software, only on condition that such software be purchased and physically located within the territory. The copy filed herewith omits the information subject to the confidentiality request. Omissions are designated as *****. House Accounts means those customers for or purchasers of HISS Products which are located within the Territory and which are designated from time to time in writing by HISS as House Accounts. House Accounts designated by HISS at the time of execution of this Agreement are set forth In Exhibit B attached hereto. HISS may in its sole discretion designate other customers as House Accounts by giving Representative at least ten (10) days prior written notice of such designation before such designation becomes effective.
House Accounts means any arrangements by means of vouchers, credits or trade or barter accounts which are extended by the Sellers to third parties and customers and redeemable for the purchase of food or beverages at ▇▇▇▇’▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Steak House restaurants in Hawaii and that do not generate a corresponding account receivable in favor of Purchaser. For the sake of clarity, house accounts with an existing credit attributable to services provided to Sellers on trade are considered a House Account under this definition. However, arrangements where vouchers are presented in exchange for meals and upon redemption the voucher sponsor (e.g., the Japanese Tourism Bureau) is invoiced for the redeemed vouchers are not considered a House Account.
House Accounts means those accounts in the Territory on attached -------------- Exhibit A.
House Accounts means those State and National level accounts for Customers that either CORE or the Dealers sign up and the Customers execute a formal agreement.
