Household and Personal Effects means merchandise classifiable under Chapter 98, Subchapters IV, V, & VI of the HTSUS;
Household and Personal Effects means the “Household and Personal Effects” as defined in the Flexible Relocation Plan to re‐establish the Designated Professional’s household after a move.
Household and Personal Effects means those possessions of the Designated Professional, Spouse, and Dependants, which are necessary to re‐establish the Designated Professional’s household including stored items. These effects include domestic household pets, if permitted by law, excluding fish and birds.
