Relocation Plan definition

Relocation Plan means the relocation plan of the City for the Redevelopment Area as contained in the Redevelopment Plan, which relocation plan was adopted on December 20, 1991, pursuant to Ordinance No. 62481.
Relocation Plan means a document prepared by an agency and submitted to and approved by the department before any property acquisition activity begins. A plan describes the relocation assistance and payments to be provided, and indicates whether displaced persons can be satisfactorily relocated.
Relocation Plan means the relocation plan developed by the Authority and the Borrower with resident and stakeholder input for the relocation of residents displaced by Project activities in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

More Definitions of Relocation Plan

Relocation Plan means a residential anti-displacement and relocation assistance plan as established by HUD and which (i) includes provisions consistent with the requirements of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C.§§4601-4655), implementing regulations at 49 CFR Part 24, and policy guidance in Real Estate Acquisition and Relocation Policy and Guidance (HUD Handbook 1378) and the TDHCA Relocation Handbook; and in some developments Section 104(d) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, 24 CFR Part 42, and the HOME Regulations and Multifamily Programs Procedures Manual and (ii) is in form and substance consistent with requirements of the Department.
Relocation Plan means the plan submitted to OH by SHA pursuant to Article 4.
Relocation Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2 herein.
