Relocation Plan definition

Relocation Plan means the relocation plan of the City for the Redevelopment Area as contained in the Redevelopment Plan, which relocation plan was adopted on December 20, 1991, pursuant to Ordinance No. 62481.
Relocation Plan means a document prepared by an agency and submitted to and approved by the department before any property acquisition activity begins. A plan describes the relocation assistance and payments to be provided, and indicates whether displaced persons can be satisfactorily relocated.
Relocation Plan means the relocation plan developed by the Authority and the Borrower with resident and stakeholder input for the relocation of residents displaced by Project activities in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

Relocation Plan means a residential anti-displacement and relocation assistance plan as established by HUD and which (i) includes provisions consistent with the requirements of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C.
Relocation Plan means a formal plan and procedures for providing temporary or permanent housing for persons “Displaced” or temporarily displaced by a project. This plan may be any plan that is approved by any federal, state, or local government funder(s) involved in the financing of the project. General assumptions articulating how the relocation cost estimates were determined should be narrated within the relocation plan. Notwithstanding the requirements of any federal source, any relocation plan must reasonably meet FHLB’s requirements.
