Housing Development Guide definition

Housing Development Guide means the Xxxxxx Housing Development Guide at Annexure A or as amended from time to time; Improvements means the buildings, structures and fixtures erected on and forming part of the Land if any; Income means the rents and profits derived from the Land; Insolvency Event means the following:

Related to Housing Development Guide

  • Housing development as used in this section, means a development project for five or more residential units, including mixed-use developments.   • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.
