Housing Development Guide definition

Housing Development Guide means the Xxxxxx Housing Development Guide at Annexure A or as amended from time to time; Improvements means the buildings, structures and fixtures erected on and forming part of the Land if any; Income means the rents and profits derived from the Land; Insolvency Event means the following:
Housing Development Guide means the Housing Development Guide annexed to the Contract as amended from time to time in accordance with its terms.
Housing Development Guide means the document titled Residential Estate Housing Development Guidelines, forming part of the Sales Pack, as varied from time to time.

More Definitions of Housing Development Guide

Housing Development Guide means the Housing Development Guide for the Estate annexed to this Contract or as amended from time to time; Improvements means the buildings, structures and fixtures erected on and forming part of the Land; Income means the rents and profits derived from the Land; Insolvency Event means the following:

Housing Development Guide means the Housing Development Guide annexed to this Contract or as amended from time to time; Improvements means the buildings, structures and fixtures erected on and forming part of the Land; Income means the rents and profits derived from the Land; Land means the land described in the Schedule and to be the subject of the Lease; Land Charges means rates, land tax and other taxes and outgoings of a periodic nature in respect of the Land; Lease means a lease that will be granted to the Buyer in accordance with this Contract and the Planning Act and, where the Land is affected by an easement identified in the Housing Development Guide, include an annexure or additional provisions detailing the terms of the easement; Notice to Complete means a notice in accordance with clauses 24.1 and 24.2 requiring a party to complete; Operational Acceptance means that the Works are complete to the satisfaction of TAMS, ActewAGL and the Seller; Planning Act means the Planning and Development Act 2007 (ACT); Planning and Land Authority means the body corporate established in accordance with the Planning Act; Property Act means the Civil Law (Sale of Residential Property) Act 2003 (ACT); Specimen Lease means the specimen standard lease included in the Housing Development Guide; Stage Fill and Grading Plan means the plan described as such in the Housing Development Guide; TAMS means the Territory and Municipal Services Directorate; Territory Plan means the Territory Plan 2008 (ACT) as amended and varied from time to time; Utility Service includes drainage, electricity, garbage collection, gas, sewerage, telecommunications or water; Working Days has the meaning given to it by the Legislation Act 2001 (ACT); and Works means the works that the Seller is required to undertake in order to comply with the development application in relation to, and obtain Operational Acceptance for, the Stage.

  • Housing development as used in this section, means a development project for five or more residential units, including mixed-use developments. For the purposes of this section, “housing development” also includes a subdivision or common interest development, as defined in Section 4100 of the Civil Code, approved by a city, county, or city and county and consists of residential units or unimproved residential lots and either a project to substantially rehabilitate and convert an existing commercial building to residential use or the substantial rehabilitation of an existing multifamily dwelling, as defined in subdivision (d) of Section 65863.4, where the result of the rehabilitation would be a net increase in available residential units. For the purpose of calculating a density bonus, the residential units shall be on contiguous sites that are the subject of one development application, but do not have to be based upon individual subdivision maps or parcels. The density bonus shall be permitted in geographic areas of the housing development other than the areas where the units for the lower income households are located.

  • Affordable housing development means a development included in the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and includes, but is not limited to, an inclusionary development, a municipal construction project or a 100 percent affordable development.

  • Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • experimental development means acquiring, combining, shaping and using existing scientific, technological, business and other relevant knowledge and skills with the aim of developing new or improved products, processes or services. This may also include, for example, activities aiming at the conceptual definition, planning and documentation of new products, processes or services;

  • sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

  • Joint Development Agreement has the meaning provided in Section 5.3.

  • Substantial development means any development of which the total cost or fair market value exceeds two thousand five hundred dollars, or any development which materially interferes with the normal public use of the water or shorelines of the state; except that the following shall not be considered substantial developments for the purpose of this chapter:

  • Major development means an individual “development,” as well as multiple developments that individually or collectively result in:

  • Redevelopment means areas where development is replacing older development.

  • Redevelopment entity means a municipality or an entity

Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • Affordable development means a housing development all or a portion of which consists of restricted units.

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.
