SUBJECT OF THE LEASE. This bid is for the leasing of display structures - furniture and other related services to be provided to the Italian Trade Agency for the official participation at the above-mentioned exhibition, to be held at the Venetian Expo (formerly Sands), Las Vegas (Nevada) - January 9-12, 2024 – Level 1, Hall G, Eureka Park. The Italian Pavilion will occupy a total exhibition area of 6,000 square feet: · Island no. 62201: 4500 sq. ft. · Island no. 62000: 1500 sq. ft. We require the provision of the following elements: - Design and leasing of display projects. - On site supply and set up of all display, furnishing and decorating structures. - All transportation, storage, (inbound and outbound), insurance. - All the necessary custom duty procedures. - Electrical hook up and usage. - Maintenance during the show. - Dismantling of the display after the show. - All other related labor and material. - Wi-Fi services (for each company and ITA Area and Arena) Please note that drayage costs is included in the bid Please note that the set-up must be carried out on the basis of the Technical description (Annex 1) and Project (Annex 3) and in any case in compliance with the Exhibition Regulations.
SUBJECT OF THE LEASE. The LANDLORD has agreed to lease to the TENANT that certain airport hangar described as T-Hangar: 1-G located at the Lake Wales Airport. It shall be the policy of the LANDLORD to lease hangars for the type of aircraft for which the hangar was constructed, that is, multi-engine or single engine aircraft. In the event the aircraft owned by the TENANT is a different type than the hangar is designed to accommodate, the LANDLORD reserves the right to relocate the TENANT to a hangar which is designed to accommodate the type of aircraft owned by the TENANT upon fifteen (15) days prior written notice to the TENANT.
