As used in this Lease, ISRA compliance shall include applications for determinations of nonapplicability by the appropriate governmental authority.
In the event that Landlord shall have to comply with ISRA by reason of Landlord's actions, Tenant shall promptly provide all information requested by Landlord for preparation of non-applicability affidavits or a Negative Declaration and shall promptly sign such affidavits when requested by Landlord.
Upon Tenant’s full compliance with the provisions of ISRA or of such other Environmental Law, Tenant shall deliver possession of the Premises to Landlord in accordance with the provisions of this Lease and such holdover rent shall be adjusted as of said date.
