H.V.A.C. Contractor definition

H.V.A.C. Contractor means a person who undertakes or is engaged in the business relating to heating, ventilating, or air conditioning and have in their employ at least one of the following installers. H.V.A.C. Refrigeration, H.V.A.C. Gas Fitter and H.V.A.C Sheet Metal Worker (Installer), or otherwise qualified and licensed or registered to do so under the laws of the Province of Ontario;
H.V.A.C. Contractor shall refer to approved Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Contractors that perform the analysis and installation work at the customer premises under this Program.
H.V.A.C. Contractor means a Person engaged in the Business of installing, replacing, repairing or maintenance of a heating, ventilating or air conditioning system;

  • Basic license categories are General Contractor A, B, and C; Electrical Contractor, Plumbing Contractor, and HVAC Contractor A and C.

H.V.A.C. Contractor means to whom the contract is awarded and shall include his / their legal representative (s), Assignees(s), or successor(s).

  • New Contractor means any successor to the Contractor in the provision of services similar to the Services (or part thereof) to the Purchaser;

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;
