H.V.A.C. Contractor definition

H.V.A.C. Contractor means a person who undertakes or is engaged in the business relating to heating, ventilating, or air conditioning and have in their employ at least one of the following installers. H.V.A.C. Refrigeration, H.V.A.C. Gas Fitter and H.V.A.C Sheet Metal Worker (Installer), or otherwise qualified and licensed or registered to do so under the laws of the Province of Ontario;
H.V.A.C. Contractor means a licensed contractor who is listed on the Participating HVAC Contractor List and is selected by a Participant to install Eligible Measure(s) within an Eligible Home.
H.V.A.C. Contractor means to whom the contract is awarded and shall include his / their legal representative (s), Assignees(s), or successor(s).

  • HVAC Technicians are individually licensed or work under the guidance and auspices of the licensed Commercial HVAC Contractor as allowed in the State of Florida.

  • The Program Administrators provide no warranties, express or implied, as to the performance (or lack of performance) of any HVAC Contractor.

  • The HVAC Contractor will be the Lead Contractor for purposes of the Coordination Drawings and shall facilitate the Coordination Drawing Process between Prime Contractors.

  • We do not guarantee the quality of work or services of any HVAC Contractor, including with respect to rental arrangements, and are not responsible or liable for any adverse impacts that may result from the HVAC Contractor you elected to work with under this Program Stream.

  • The termination of your participation in the Program Stream will not affect any payment or other obligations you may have under your agreement with your HVAC Contractor in respect of any measures that are purchased or rented, installed or implemented.

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.
