IB Firm definition

IB Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(c).
IB Firm means an investment banking firm recognized in the United States and the United Kingdom with no material relationship to either Shareholder or its Affiliates.

  • In all other cases, the Appraisers will jointly select a third IB Firm (the "Third Appraiser").

Related to IB Firm

  • Pre-FIRM means construction or other development for which the “start of construction” occurred before the effective date of the initial Flood Insurance Rate Map.
