IBM Equipment definition

IBM Equipment means Equipment that is owned or leased by IBM or any of IBM's Affiliates. {*}
IBM Equipment means all equipment, machinery and any other goods and merchandise acquired by any Borrower from IBM on which IBM maintains a Lien from time to time pursuant to any equipment lease, marketing or service agreement or any other similar agreement between such Borrower and IBM.

IBM Equipment means the equipment acquired by Sellers pursuant to the Term Lease Master Agreement, Number 577a1234, dated as of April 19, 2000, by and between IBM Credit Corporation and Jillian's Entertainment Corporation, as supplemented, and any related property acquisition or finance agreements or instruments entered into in connection therewith, other than any equipment or property that is currently located at any store that is not an Acquired Store.

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.

  • Existing Equipment means any items of existing plant or equipment owned or controlled by either Pur- chaser or End-User upon which Supplier is required to perform Services.
