IBM Project Executive definition

IBM Project Executive shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.02.
IBM Project Executive shall have the meaning given in Section 5.1(a).
IBM Project Executive shall have the meaning given such term in Section 8.5 and shall describe the IBM representative responsible for both the day to day relationship with ACE as well as the delivery of the Services to ACE. “Include” and its derivatives mean including without limitation. This term is as defined, whether or not capitalized in this Agreement.

More Definitions of IBM Project Executive

IBM Project Executive has the meaning set forth in Subsection 5.1 (c).
IBM Project Executive means the full-time IBM resource responsible for the delivery of the Athena project. The IBM Project Executive will be a full-time resource who acts as a single point of contact for the Athena management.
IBM Project Executive for ACE. Each IBM Project Executive shall (i) be one of the Key IBM Personnel; (ii) be a full time employee of IBM; (iii) devote substantially his or her full time and effort to managing the Services for a minimum period of two (2) years; (iv) serve as the single point of accountability for the Services, and (v) have day-to-day authority for ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving attainment of all Service Levels and Performance Standards.

  • Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Design-build team means an entity that consists of:

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Project Architect means the architect retained by Lessee to design and supervise construction of the Improvements.

  • Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in this Agreement.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.
