IBM Personnel definition

IBM Personnel means employees of IBM and its approved subcontractors assigned to perform the Services pursuant to this Agreement.
IBM Personnel means IBM employees and IBM Agents.
IBM Personnel means { * } employees of IBM or its Affiliates, including any temporary-duty personnel, that perform any of the Services { * }.

  • Pipe insulated condensate drain lines to floor or hub drain in immediate area.

  • IBM shall be responsible for providing all other office, data processing and computing equipment and services needed by IBM or IBM Personnel to provide the Services, and for upgrades, improvements, replacements and additions to such equipment or services.

  • The amount due IBM pursuant to Schedule C for Wind Down Costs shall not include costs to the extent Empire reduces the Wind Down Costs by purchasing Equipment or Software from IBM or hiring IBM Personnel, as provided in Section 21.10, or other mitigation of such costs.

  • IBM agrees to execute any documents or take any other actions as may reasonably be necessary, or as Empire may reasonably request, to perfect Empire's ownership of any such Developed Empire Software or Empire Non-Software Materials; should the law award ownership of any intellectual property right mentioned or unmentioned above to IBM or any IBM Personnel, agent or contractor, IBM shall take whatever steps are necessary to accomplish the intent of this Section 7.4(d).

  • IBM shall transfer, reassign or remove one of its Key IBM Personnel only after (i) giving ACE at least ninety (90) days prior written notice of such action, and (ii) complying with the requirement of Article 8.4(a)(i) above.


More Definitions of IBM Personnel

IBM Personnel means any and all personnel furnished or engaged by IBM to perform any part of the Services, including employees and independent contractors of (i) IBM, (ii) its Affiliates and (iii) other Subcontractors. IBM will assign an adequate number of IBM Personnel to perform the Services who are properly educated, trained and familiar with and fully qualified for the Services they are assigned to perform. IBM is responsible for ensuring that IBM Personnel assigned to perform Services have the legal right to work in the country(ies) in which they are assigned to work.
IBM Personnel means (a) IBM, its Affiliates, and its subcontractors, and with respect to each of the foregoing, their employees; and (b) any third party suppliers; in each case that performs services on IBM’s behalf pursuant to the Agreement and applicable Associated Documents or to whom IBM otherwise authorizes access to Client Personal Data.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).

  • Support Personnel means the staffs that support the Key Personnel.

  • Supplier Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors used in the performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Agreements;

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).
