ICA Group Companies definition

ICA Group Companies means the Original ICA Group Companies and any other entity which has acceded to the Intercreditor Agreement as an ICA Group Company in accordance with the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.

ICA Group Companies means the Original ICA Group Companies and any other Group Company and/or entity which has acceded to the Intercreditor Agreement pursuant to the Senior Finance Documents.
