Super Senior Documents definition

Super Senior Documents means the Super Senior WCF, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Hedging Agreements (if any), the Guarantee and Adherence Agreement, the Transaction Security Documents (save for the Bonds Only Transaction Security) and any other document designated to be a Super Senior Document by the Issuer and the Super Senior Creditors.

  • The Guarantee shall extend to any additional obligations of any Obligor resulting from any amendment, novation, supplement, extension, restatement or replacement of any Senior Finance Documents, including, without limitation, any Subsequent Bond Issue and any extension of or increase in any facility or the addition of a new facility under any Super Senior Documents.

Related to Super Senior Documents

  • Tender Documents means the General and special conditions of contract (2.1.8) and tender specification (2.1.9).
