ICT data definition

ICT data means any information stored and processed by ICT and includes programs, text, pictures and sound; see appendices 4 and 5

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement.
